Ancillary Services

Step 1
Before any actual accounting work begins, we conduct background research to see where you stand. We will meet with you, over the phone, to understand your goals, needs, and expectations. We will also review any work that has been done previously.

Step 2
Upon completion of the discovery phase, we will then move your file to implementation. We will complete all clean-up work using QuickBooks, to bring you into compliance with local and federal reporting requirements.

Step 3
After your accounting work has been brought up-to-date. We will provide access to your file on Xero and will provide you a basic Xero training. This training will include an overview of the Xero platform and how to navigate its many useful features. We will also review the work that has been completed, so that you have a firm understanding of your company’s financial position. We will discuss any opportunities or risks that we have revealed during the course of our work.

Step 4
We provide ongoing support to our AWESOME clients. We will communicate with you once per week, at minimum, so you always have a clear financial picture. This communication will happen via email – but if you ever need to chat- please call us. We never charge extra to chat and encourage you to touch base often.
